Important
CONDITION & CARE:
- Please note all dresses have previously been worn! We try our best to keep all pieces perfect!
- Be mindful of fake tan, perfumes and makeup.
- DO NOT wear wash off one day tan, as it stains & you will need to pay for dress replacement if damaged beyond repair !
- You must LET US KNOW of any stains & damages before you return! (Photos if possible, via email or DM)
DAMAGES:
You are responsible for ALL DAMAGES to the garmet!
If any damages occur, you're required to PAY for ALL repairs, alterations, AND any additional cleaning fees.
These damages can be:
- Rips/tears at bottom of dress
- Heel marks on bottom of dress
- Stains that take additional cleaning or an extra dry clean
- These payments, Invoices will be sent for authentication.
If there is a hire straight after you and you have damaged the dress, you may or may not need to pay for the hire lost and the inconvenience on us and the other client who has lost the ability to wear the dress.
DAMAGES BEYOND REPAIR:
If you have demaged the dress enough that we cannot do anything to fix, repair or clean it, you must pay full replacement cost of the dress (Usually Retail Price, but may differ, we will contact you).
We are the judges of the severity of damages on the dress! We CANNOT hire a garment out that is damaged or stained!
Damages Beyond Repair may look like:
- Stains over whole of dress that do not FULLY come out
- Tears in the middle of the dress that are almost impossible to fix
- Discolouration of dress due to dirty, fake tan, etc
REFUNDS & LATE FEES:
Late Fees, Refunds & Store Credits are not taken lightly. We take this very seriously and everything is NON-NEGOTIABLE!
Late Fees -
If your hire item has not been returned/shipping within the 48hour period..... a NON-NEGOTIABLE Late Fee of $15 per day applies!
- In the event of a late return, if the item is unavailable for the next scheduled client, you will be held responsible and required to cover the full hire fee for the affected booking.
Refunds & Store Credits -
- Refunds are not issued under any circumstances unless discussed with us prior
- If your event is cancelled OR Item doesn’t Fit we will issue a STORE CREDIT valid for 1 year.
COLLECTION & RETURN:
Express postage is available AUS wide but you cover full postage cost, including return. Postage is an EXTRA $15 on top of the hire price.
Collection -
- SHIPPING CUT OFF DAY IS WEDNESDAY, for the weekend!
Make sure all shipping orders are placed before Wednesday 12pm! - Pick Ups are 1-2 DAYS before the hire date, you decide the day when booking via website!
- Drop offs to you available at a small expense, depending on distance from Kellyville, Sydney. DM us if needed?
Return -
- Dress is to be Returned, Shipped or Dropped back 1-2 DAYS after - Unless otherwise arranged.
- All postal returns MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING & lodged by 3pm the next business day!
- A photo of the Receipt & Tracking number sent to us also.
TRY ONS:
All try ons are booked via our website or via Instagram DM @styleddbyivory
- Try ons require $1O DEPOST, redeemable on hires booked at appoitments. The fee is NON REFUNDABLE for cancellations and no shows !
- All try ons are 30 mins long unless discussed with us prior. If you are late, The time is taken off your try on slot.
- BE MINDFUL of MakeUp, fake tan and dirtying the dress when trying on!!!
